Fan wakes up in stranger's truck bed 15 miles from UFC Oklahoma

A fan who attended UFC Oklahoma last weekend woke up in the back of a stranger's pickup truck — 15 miles from the arena where he apparently dozed off.

According to a report from News 9, the man climbed into the bed of a truck in the parking lot at Paycom Center in Oklahoma City and either fell asleep or passed out. He did not wake up until the vehicle's owner, Andrew, and his brother Lance had driven to Edmond, a city north of the venue.

Truck owner discovers passenger in Edmond

Lance noticed the stowaway first. "Hey Andrew, you got a stray! You got someone in the bed of your truck," he said, per the News 9 transcript reported by MMA Mania. When Andrew asked why the man did not knock on the window, the passenger replied, "No, I'm good." Lance then told him, "You're all the way in Edmond, Oklahoma." The man thanked the brothers and called a friend for a ride.

The report did not specify whether the fan's group had been searching for him or how long he was missing before turning up in the truck bed. No further details about his condition or the circumstances leading to the incident have been released.

UFC Oklahoma took place at Paycom Center on Saturday with a main card that aired on ESPN.
