Du Plessis And Strickland Exchange Savage Words In Final Presser

The final press conference took place for Dricus Du Plessis vs. Sean Strickland ahead of their UFC 312 fight on Saturday.

Du Plessis is the defending UFC Middleweight Champion, a belt he acquired after beating Strickland at UFC 297. The result divided the MMA community, with some believing Strickland should have gotten the win. Dana White was one of those. Du Plessis made a successful defense of his belt in his next fight by submitting Israel Adesanya at UFC 305 in the fourth round. Strickland got himself the rematch by defeating Paulo Costa at UFC 302. Strickland has enlisted the help of UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Alex Pereira, who will be in his corner.
