Derrick Lewis responds to Josh Hokit's bizarre mime threat
Derrick Lewis fired back at Josh Hokit's kidnapping threat with a typically unfiltered response ahead of their heavyweight clash at UFC Freedom 250.
Hokit, who faces Lewis on June 14 at the White House South Lawn in Washington, D.C., told reporters during media day that he plans to have the former title challenger abducted by mimes who would do "unspeakable" things to him. The undefeated prospect made the odd remark when asked if Curtis Blaydes was more skilled than Lewis, according to MMA Mania.

When the threat reached Lewis, the knockout king said he welcomed the scenario. "I'm a freaky type of dude, so I don't mind mimes playing with my booty hole or something like that," Lewis told reporters. Asked if that had happened before, Lewis started to answer — "No, uhhh, my wife, she uh" — before cutting himself off mid-sentence.
Hokit opened the week by accusing Lewis of quitting in his last outing and said he carries zero respect for the two-time heavyweight title challenger heading into fight night. The surging prospect is trying to talk himself into title contention with a win over the UFC's all-time knockout leader.
Lewis will look to hand Hokit his first loss when the promotion stages its anniversary card on the White House lawn this Sunday.
