Video circulating on social media shows Tsarukyan trying to clear the barrier before being restrained by security personnel, according to Sherdog. The confrontation did not end there. Tsarukyan reportedly made his way backstage at the Los Angeles event to continue the altercation with Fazil.

Tsarukyan pursued Fazil backstage after initial incident

Footage captured Tsarukyan shouting as he moved through the backstage area. "He wants to talk, I wanna talk!" the lightweight said in the video.

The incident unfolded during the Netflix-streamed card headlined by Ronda Rousey's return against Gina Carano. Tsarukyan, who is expected to challenge for the UFC lightweight title later this year, has not publicly addressed what sparked the confrontation with Fazil.

No details have emerged about whether security intervened further or if the two fighters made contact backstage. The UFC has not commented on the matter.
