ADCC 2026 Medal Rounds Begin In Poland
The 2026 ADCC World Championships conclude today at Tauron Arena in Krakow, Poland, with medal rounds across nine weight classes and the prestigious absolute tournament.
Day 2 action begins at 5 a.m. ET on FloGrappling, per MMA Mania. The schedule includes semifinals, bronze medal matches, and championship finals following Saturday's opening rounds that saw multiple Brazilian jiu-jitsu stars advance. The day also features the absolute division and a superfight between ADCC 2024 double gold medalist Kaynan Duarte and three-time champion Yuri Simoes.
What Happened On Day 1
Saturday's competition was marred by an incident involving Gordon Ryan that resulted in three people being suspended and banned from ADCC, according to MMA Mania's coverage. Despite the brawl, bracket progression continued across all weight divisions.
Duarte competes twice today — in the 99 kg tournament and against Simoes in the superfight main event. The absolute tournament quarterfinals and semifinals also run throughout the day before crowning nine new world champions in the biennial competition known as the Olympics of grappling.
Women's divisions at 55 kg, 65 kg, and plus-65 kg round out the championship slate alongside men's brackets at 66 kg, 77 kg, 88 kg, 99 kg, and plus-99 kg. Early matches may stream free on YouTube before the FloGrappling broadcast begins.
