McGregor Joins The Music Business

Conor McGregor’s fight career appears no closer to restarting after he announced his latest venture outside of the Octagon.
McGregor’s last UFC fight was in 2021, losing to Dustin Poirier at UFC 264. He suffered a broken leg, which has kept him out since then. His comeback plans were disrupted after he pulled out of his UFC 303 fight against Michael Chandler. McGregor suffered a broken toe as Chandler faced Charles Oliveira. McGregor did mention a fight against Dan Hooker for February 1. But Hooker will now fight Justin Gaethje at UFC 313. McGregor has also been linked with a boxing bout.
Reports linked with him a Logan Paul exhibition in India, which could have earned both men $250 million each. That never materialized, while McGregor’s plans to fight in BKFC also failed. The Notorious still has two fights left on his UFC deal, meaning they must consent to any other ventures. McGregor was also found liable in a civil sexual assault lawsuit filed by Nikita Hand. He was ordered to pay her damages and her legal fees, as his reputation suffered. But BKFC President Dave Feldman said he would stand by the Irishman.
McGregor’s Woes
“We don’t want to go into what happened but at the end of the day, we’re with him. He’s our partner, and we’re going to grow this thing together. He talks, people listen. I don’t condone any bad things that may have happened but what I do support 100 percent is loyalty. You’re with somebody, you’re with somebody, and you’re with somebody through good and bad. Not just with them through the good. “We’ve been with Conor McGregor the whole time. He’s been with us the whole time and 2025’s going to be an epic year for everybody involved,” Feldman said
McGregor has now turned his attention to music. He recently set up his label, Greenback Records, which aims to revolutionize the way musicians operate by giving them more control. McGregor has confirmed his first singing. He revealed his girl band, Sweet Love, and compared them to The Spice Girls. The latter became one of the biggest girl bands of all time, meaning there is a lot of expectation. However, McGregor was confident in his vision for his label and the band.
McGregor On Music
“I am excited to create Ireland’s first major record label, in an industry that I have had great interest in for some time. To be able to come in and offer music artists a fair deal and properly reward them for their talent. This industry, like others, has needed an overhaul for a long time. I am excited for myself, McGregor Sports & Entertainment, to partner with Richard and Julian as founders to bring Greenback Records to life,” McGregor stated
“Ladies and gentlemen. An amazing day for Greenback Records. I am super proud and excited to announce the signing of the biggest girl band since The Spice Girls. Introducing…Sweet Love. Over here we have the beautiful Venice. We have the beautiful Honey. Gorgeous Jasmine and gorgeous Maya. We have new music coming soon. Real soon, stay tuned,” McGregor said
