Biography
Professional Career
Making his professional debut on December 22, 2018, Pacheco wasted no time in showcasing his power, knocking out Luis Carlos Gonzalez in the first round. This explosive start was a sign of things to come, as Pacheco continued to dominate his opponents with a combination of skill and raw power. Pacheco’s early career was marked by a series of quick and decisive victories. Notable among these was his knockout win over Guillermo Maldonado on April 26, 2019, at The Forum in Inglewood, California, and another first-round knockout against Jared Chauvin at Madison Square Garden in June of the same year. These performances quickly made Pacheco a fighter to watch in the super middleweight division.
By 2022, Pacheco had already begun to capture titles, winning the vacant WBC-USA super middleweight title with a fifth-round TKO against Enrique Collazo on September 17 at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. He successfully defended this title multiple times, including a TKO victory over Ricardo Adrian Luna in December 2022. Pacheco’s relentless style and knockout power continued to impress, and in March 2023, he won the vacant WBO International super middleweight title by stopping Jack Cullen in the fourth round in Liverpool, England.
Pacheco’s momentum did not slow down as he continued to defend his titles successfully. In July 2023, he retained both his WBC-USA and WBO International super middleweight titles with a fourth-round TKO against Manuel Gallegos in Monterrey, Mexico. He followed this up with a knockout victory over Marcelo Coceres in November 2023, further solidifying his position as a top contender in the division. Most recently, on April 6, 2024, Pacheco retained his titles with a unanimous decision victory over Shawn McCalman at the Fontainebleau Las Vegas in Nevada.
