Tyson Shakes Paul With A Massive Slap – ‘Talk Is Over’

Mike Tyson landed a huge slap on Jake Paul during their weigh in for their heavyweight clash.
The two boxers square off tonight in a historic event as Netflix broadcasts its first-ever boxing fight. Jake is full of confidence as he is on a four-fight win streak, having knocked out Mike Perry in his last fight. Paul is already discussing a future fight against Canelo Alvarez, who is considered the cash cow of the sport. The question entering into this fight is whether Paul will be able to adapt to the extra pounds he has put on. During the media workout, there was a perception from some boxing fans that he appeared slower.
Tyson looked as explosive as ever in his media workout. He has not had a professional boxing fight since 2005, when he lost to Kevin McBride. His only foray into the boxing ring since then was a 2020 exhibition against Roy Jones Jr. While Tyson appeared fast and explosive in the media workout, towards the end, he had sweat dripping down his face, suggesting that he will likely slow down as the fight progresses. This is the narrative coming into the fight about whether Tyson will catch Paul early or if the latter can outmanoeuvre Tyson by outboxing him.
Paul hit the scales at 227.2 pounds, while Tyson weighed 228.4 pounds. After the weigh in, Tyson shook Paul with a huge slap. Security separated them, as Paul had plenty to say.
“Talk is over,” Tyson
“I didn’t even feel it. He’s angry. He’s an angry little elf. Mike Tyson, I thought that was a cute slap, buddy, but tomorrow you’re getting knocked…out. It’s personal now! He must die,” Paul
