Tyson Fury Ends His Retirement With Netflix Return

Tyson Fury has ended his retirement, as he will face Arslanbek Makhmudov on April 11 in a Netflix clash.
The fight will take place from the United Kingdom, subject to the venue and undercard being announced. The last time Fury boxed in the UK was in 2022 when he defeated Derek Chisora. The Netflix clash is also significant as it is the first time the platform will air a fight from the UK. Fury has been preparing for the comeback with an intensive training camp in Thailand, seeking his first win since 2023 following back-to-back losses to Oleksandr Usyk.
For Makhmudov, the bout is a chance to build on the momentum of his October 2025 unanimous decision win over Dave Allen, which successfully rehabilitated his career after a prior knockout loss to Agit Kabayel. The event is expected to headline a massive “homecoming” weekend for the British fighter, as Fury was delighted to return.

“I am thrilled about the opportunity. I’m coming to deliver a war. ‘Tyson Fury has been a big champion. I will be more ready than ever to leave with a massive W,” Makhmudov
