Nick Ball Vs. Brandon Figueroa Predictions – ‘Too Big, Too Strong’

Nick Ball returns to defend his WBA featherweight title against Brandon Figueroa, as fans picked their winner.
Since seizing the WBA belt from Raymond Ford in Riyadh back in June 2024, the 28-year-old Ball has been on an impressive run. Ball recorded a 10th-round TKO over TJ Doheny in March and a unanimous decision victory over Sam Goodman in August. After a narrow, competitive points loss to Stephen Fulton in February 2025, Figueroa bounced back in July with a decision win over Joet Gonzalez, earning his status as the WBA mandatory challenger.
Pre-Fight
“I can’t wait. It’s going to be a special night, this one. I’ve boxed here twice before as world champion and defended the belts twice. This is the third time. This time feels different. My last fight was in Saudi and I wasn’t too happy with my performance to be honest. “To watch it back it was alright but I wasn’t myself in there. But that is what it is, I still got the win. I feel like now, I’m coming back fresh in the new year with a point to prove,” Ball said
“I do really well against guys that fight me. I already know that we’re going to clash in the middle of the ring. It’s just who wants it more in the end,” Figueroa stated
