TKO Reports Record Revenues

TKO Group Holdings has announced a second consecutive quarterly dividend of $150 million, with stockholders set to receive $0.79 per share on June 30 as the company continues to deliver record financial results.

The payout mirrors an identical $150 million distribution made in March for the first quarter of 2026, and arrives against the backdrop of a full-year revenue projection of between $5.675 billion and $5.775 billion.

The UFC's seven-year, $7.7 billion agreement with Paramount anchors the model, while WWE's Monday Night Raw moving to Netflix and ESPN's deal for WWE premium live events on its new ESPN Unlimited streaming service have added further revenue streams. Zuffa Boxing has secured broadcast partnerships with Paramount in the United States and Sky Sports in the United Kingdom, adding a third pillar to TKO's combat sports operation.

The broadcast plans for UFC Freedom 250 on June 14 have also been revealed, with the UFC taking a thematic approach to the evening's production that mirrors what was done at Noche UFC inside the Sphere in Las Vegas. Rather than standard broadcast content between bouts, the show will tell the story of the United States from the first fight through to the main event — a deliberate framing of the card within America's 250th birthday celebrations.

"So from the first fight of the night until the main event, we will tell the story of America. You've got the far right, you've got the far left, and people thinking that this is going to be like some type of political thing. This is the 250th birthday of America. That's the story that we're going to tell," Dana White

Craig Borsari, the UFC's head of production and chief content officer, reinforced the approach: "This is a very patriotic moment for us to integrate a little bit about the history of this country, a little bit about celebrating our heroes and celebrating our independence."
