MMA Mania Asks Fans For Best Video Game Series
MMA Mania turned its Thursday open thread over to video games this week, asking readers to name the best series they have ever played.
Tim Edwards, who has covered combat sports since 2015, threw out Age of Empires as his answer. He told readers he played the original, Rise of Rome, and Age of Kings extensively and admitted he wanted to boot them back up after writing the post.
Edwards Shares Gaming Bucket List
Edwards also revealed that making a video game sits on his bucket list. The open thread included a graphic showing multiple arcade cabinets, prompting readers to count how many titles they recognised from the lineup.
The Thursday thread wrapped with links to recent MMA coverage, including Islam Makhachev declining to engage with challenger commentary and the extended faceoff between Darren Till and Yoel Romero. Edwards closed by directing readers to a story on Bo Nickal being booked for an event in Moscow.
