Darren Till vs Yoel Romero set for BKFC Manchester in September
Darren Till will face former UFC title challenger Yoel Romero in his second bare-knuckle appearance when BKFC heads to Manchester on Sept. 26.
BKFC president David Feldman announced the 190-pound matchup to Yahoo on Monday, per MMA Fighting. The bout headlines at the AO Arena in Till's hometown, where the Liverpudlian looks to build on a knockout debut in May that saw him wobbled early before stopping Aaron Chalmers.
Romero returns after split BKFC run
Romero scored a knockout in his BKFC debut in 2025 but dropped a disputed decision in his second bare-knuckle outing, which took place under a different Russian promotion. The Cuban returns to the BKFC cage against a much younger opponent who has teased the move for years before signing a multi-fight deal earlier this season.
Both fighters carry knockout power into a September clash that sets up a potential slugfest between heavy hitters looking to reestablish momentum. BKFC plans to announce additional bouts for the card over the next few weeks.
