ADCC 2026 fight card: Full list of confirmed competitors
All 128 competitor slots for the ADCC 2026 World Championships are now confirmed, with the event set for Sept. 12-13 at Tauron Arena in Krakow, Poland.
The superfight reportedly pits Kaynan Duarte against Yuri Simoes, according to MMA Mania, after Gordon Ryan's apparent retirement left the headliner spot open. Duarte won double gold at ADCC 2024 and would have faced Ryan under the typical format, which matches the reigning superfight champion against the previous absolute tournament winner.
Weight classes filled through trials and invites
Each of the six men's divisions is at capacity with 16 grapplers, while the three women's brackets hold eight competitors apiece. Trial winners from Europe, East Coast, Asia & Oceania, South America, and West Coast claimed automatic berths. The remaining slots went to invited veterans and reigning champions, including Felipe Pena at over 99 kg, Rafaela Guedes in women's over 65 kg, and Ana Carolina Vieira at women's 65 kg.
Notable additions include Fabricio Andrey at 66 kg, Mateusz Gamrot at 77 kg, and returning legend Gabi Garcia in the women's heavyweight bracket. UFC BJJ champions are absent from the field, per a league policy MMA Mania noted in an earlier report. Broadcast details remain unannounced, though FloGrappling is expected to stream the event with early rounds likely available free on YouTube.
