Mason Stops Nakathila After The Fourth In Style
The undefeated lightweight Abdullah Mason dominated Jeremia Nakathila to stop him after the fourth round following a nasty cut over his eye.
The pair headlined after Keyshawn Davis vs. Edwin De Los Santos was canceled once Keyshawn came in four pounds over the 135 limit, as he lost his WBO belt. Mason is now in a position to face the WBO number-one-ranked contender Sam Noakes. Mason entered the fight with stoppages over Manuel Jaimes and Carlos Ornelas in his last two bouts, as he secured another. Meanwhile, Nakathila won his last three fights, ending his two-fight losing streak. However, he was not match for Mason. Here is how the fight played out.
