McGregor Talks Up DAZN’s BKFC Deal – ‘Very Excited With What’s Coming’
Conor McGregor has called other promoters to step up their game following BKFC’s deal with DAZN.
McGregor is a part-owner of BKFC, as he seeks to increase the brand of the promotion. McGregor has already said he hopes to fight in the organization once his UFC contract comes to an end. The promotion has already gotten the attention of some big names, with even Oleksandr Usyk being open to facing McGregor in bareknuckle. Now, the promotion has signed a big deal with DAZN. The broadcaster has become a leading network for boxing. It is the main broadcaster for the fights in Saudi, having shown the biggest fight this year when Usyk beat Tyson Fury to become the Undisputed Heavyweight Champion. How, BKFC has taken another step to becoming a bigger promotional outfit.

McGregor Reacts
McGregor has now had his say. The Irishman may be struggling with his UFC fight career, but his outside ventures are doing well. McGregor’s UFC comeback was stalled after he pulled out with a broken toe from his UFC 303 fight against Michael Chandler. The injury meant McGregor has not had a UFC fight since losing to Dustin Poirier at UFC 264 in 2021. Dana White confirmed that McGregor will fight in the New Year.
But it may not be against Michael Chandler. Chandler will fight Charles Oliveira in a rematch at UFC 390. Chandler lost their previous clash, and the fight has left questions over who McGregor will fight. That has understandably left McGregor frustrated, as there is no guarantee that he will face Chandler. That depends on if Chandler comes out victorious, as a loss could decrease the demand for that fight. But for now, McGregor’s focus is on BKFC.
“We’ve got some huge announcements. We’ve just signed a streaming deal with DAZN, which is the leading partner, a testament to where we are as bare knuckle, as an organization and where we’re going. You know, we’re the fastest growing organization in the world. We’ve got the best suits in the game right now! It’s a challenge to all the other promotions to keep up, because we’re outpacing every single one of you, and we’re very excited with what’s coming,” McGregor revealed
