Mario Bautista Vs. Vinicius Oliveira Predictions

Bantamweight Mario Bautista headlines against Vinicius Oliveira on February 7, as fans picked their winner.
Bautista’s last outing at UFC 321 in October 2025 saw an eight-fight win streak end by Umar Nurmagomedov. Despite the unanimous decision loss, Bautista pushed Nurmagomedov, even dropping him briefly in the second round. Before the Nurmagomedov loss, Bautista had established himself as a legitimate threat by recording major victories over Jose Aldo and Patchy Mix. Oliveira is a perfect 4-0 in the UFC and is riding an overall six-fight winning streak. In his most recent fight at UFC 318 last July, Oliveira beat Kyler Phillips over three rounds.
Pre-Fight
“I think this fight is going to be up-and-down everywhere. He’s going to come out hot, and I’m going to have to be very mindful of that. He throws from the hip, he’s trying to knock your head off. I don’t think he has a great gas tank, so I think in the later rounds, we will look for the finish and drown him in the later rounds. It puts me back to where I was before the Umar fight, near that top-five. Especially if I finish this guy, and it’s a main event fight, it puts me in the mix for the top guys and the bigger name guys,” Bautista said
