Logan Paul Recalls Run-In With McGregor – ‘He’s Not Doing Anything But Drugs’

Logan Paul recalled his recent interaction with Conor McGregor.
Logan was with his brother Jake Paul as he made his way to Donald Trump’s Presidential Inauguration. He was pictured alongside McGregor, who accosted him over a possible fight. Reports indicated that Logan could have boxed McGregor in India for $250 million. It would have been an exhibition. McGregor was desperate to secure that fight, but Logan reacted by stating that McGregor is ultimately beholden to the UFC.
The Irishman has two fights left on his UFC deal, meaning that the organization would have to consent to such a fight. Dana White previously allowed McGregor to fight Floyd Mayweather in 2017. While McGregor lost, he earned $100 million. The fight also sold over 4 million PPVs views across the globe, making it one of the most successful events in history. However, White recently stated that he does not want this fight to go ahead. That leaves McGregor in a difficult position. He has also talked up a possible fight in BKFC where he is the part-owner. But once again, the UFC would have to consent to such a thing.
Logan is currently focused on his WWE career, while Jake continues to expand his profile in the sport of boxing. Jake secured a unanimous decision win against Mike Tyson in his last bout. He picked up a reported $40 million from the fight. In contrast, Conor has been left on the sidelines. He has not had a UFC fight since his 2021 defeat to Dustin Poirier, where he suffered a broken leg.
Logan Reacts
That was his third loss out of his last four UFC fights. He also pulled out of his UFC 303 fight against Michael Chandler due to a broken toe. His plans on fighting Dan Hooker also failed. McGregor has continued to spiral out of control. He was recently found liable in a civil sexual lawsuit after Nikita Hand won her case. McGregor also recently said that he is struggling to keep himself in check outside of the octagon. Logan was disappointed to see what had happened to McGregor following his success in the UFC.
“[Conor] McGregor, he was really respectful. He was very…. cracked out. The guy has issues. No, no, he’s so entertaining but he has so much energy at 7:30 AM. Theo Von said it, he has a Zyn lodged in his brain. He’s permanently wired, but he looked sober at that time. It was confusing to all of us. He called me [a side job].
“We were fully laughing at someone who used to be one of the scariest and baddest men on the planet. As a person who used to be a big fan of Conor McGregor back in the day because he pioneered the crossover boxing and all that stuff, I watched it back and I actually felt sad. I was, like, dude… He’s not doing anything but drugs,” Logan said
