KSI Ready To Fight McGregor

KSI has said he is willing to fight Conor McGregor as doubts remain over the latter’s fighting career.
McGregor looks like a shell of the man who is a two-weight UFC champion. He has not had a UFC fight since 2021, coming up short to Dustin Poirier in a first-round stoppage. That was the third loss out of his previous four UFC fights, meaning he was no longer the star attraction. He also suffered because he broke his leg, which has kept him out of action since then. He was set to return against Michael Chandler at UFC 303. Those plans were scuppered after McGregor pulled out with a broken toe. He then saw his plans for fighting Dan Hooker fall through.
The Notorious was also held liable in a civil sexual lawsuit which was filed by Nikita Hand. He suffered major financial losses as brands cut ties. The Hitman video game and Proper No. 12 Whiskey have said they will not use McGregor in their banding. Airports in Dublin and Cork will not stock his drink, meaning the pressure is on McGregor to secure fights. Reports linked him with a sensational exhibition against Logan Paul for a boxing fight in India. The fight would earn each person $250 million. But there are doubts over that happening.
McGregor’s Next Fight
“He is claiming that he is going to get $250 million to go box Logan Paul in India for a billionaire investor who wants to bring attention and tourism to India. You’ve got to understand Conor is not boxing [Logan] Paul. There is not a billionaire in India looking to bring people over and change tourism. That is something exclusively done by a government and that government has done it in one place and that’s [Saudi Arabia] in the Middle East. Third, there is no check for $250 million,” Chael Sonnen said
Logan has allegedly said he will focus on WWE full-time. Meanwhile, Jake Paul’s name was also mentioned for McGregor. But now KSI wants a go. KSI lost his last boxing fight to Tommy Fury in a unanimous decision. But he does have the pulling power of Misfits Boxing to make this fight. But the fight could damage McGregor’s brand. The Irishman would be critiqued for chasing a money fight rather than trying to make more history.

He talked up his fight against Chandler as being the greatest comeback in UFC history. But he has regularly been seen partying and smoking, which will no doubt take its toll on his career. McGregor also admitted to using cocaine during the sexual assault civil lawsuit proceedings, meaning he has lost the discipline that he once had. The KSI fight would also do nothing for McGregor’s UFC situation. He has two fights left on his UFC deal. He has spoken about wanting to fight in the BKFC. However, the UFC would have to consent to that unless he was out of contract. That has left McGregor with plenty to ponder moving forward.
