Keyshawn Davis Vs. De Los Santos Preview; Training Photos

Keyshawn Davis takes on Edwin De Los Santos on June 7 as we preview this fight.
Keyshawn puts his WBO Lightweight Title on the line after stopping Denys Berinchyk in his last fight to secure the belt. Keyshawn had been linked with a fight against Gervonta Davis in what would have been a unification. However, Tank is expected to rematch Lamont Roach Jr. leaving De Los Santos with the opportunity.
De Los Santos has his first boxing bout since facing Shakur Stevenson. He lost to Shakur in a vacant WBC Lightweight Title clash. His performance was criticized after failing to cut the ring off against Shakur, who was boxing on the back foot. A win removes those criticisms and gives De Los Santos his first world title. Keyshawn has said he is confident who can stop De Los Santos, while the latter has also warned Keyshawn he can do the same.

“Don’t be surprised if I knock him out in the first round. I don’t think he’ll be the best fighter I’ve faced, but we’ll see. This is just the beginning of a busy 2025. Oh man, there’s just a different energy now. This is my third fight at MSG [Madison Square Garden] as a pro. I made my Top Rank debut here. But seeing my face on the billboards? It’s surreal. I can’t wait to headline my first show. I love New York. My family is from Long Island, so I feel right at home here. Now, it’s all about saving my energy for Friday night and delivering that first-round knockout,” Keyshawn said

“If I connect, I don’t think the fight will continue because it will end right there. Really, I don’t worry about what plans he’s has. I’m gonna figure him out in the fight,” De Los Santos stated
“This rest didn’t affect me mentally. I focused on recovery. Thank God I recovered. I’m more than ready to come and give a good show,” De Los Santos added
