Jesse Rodriguez Vs. Fernando Martinez Predictions – ‘He’s Too Slick’

A unification bout is set to take place in the super flyweight division as WBC and WBO Champion Jesse Rodriguez boxes the WBA Champion Fernando Martinez on November 22, as fans pros picked their winner.
Rodriguez (22-0, 15 KOs) has enjoyed success since moving up from the flyweight division. He secured his unified status with a stoppage win over Juan Francisco Estrada. Following that victory, “Bam” has continued his momentum with impressive stoppage wins over Pedro Guevara and Phumelela Cafu. His last four victories all coming by way of stoppage. Equally impressive is the reigning WBA Champion, Fernando. Martinez proved his championship mettle in two wars against Kazuto Ioka. Martinez won the WBA belt with a victory over Ioka in July 2024, followed by a successful rematch win.
Pre-Fight
“He’s probably my toughest opponent to date, on paper. It’s one thing to say it, but I’ve never been inside the ring with him, so it’s hard to tell, physically, what kind of opponent he will be. But on paper, I feel like he will be my toughest fight,” Rodriguez said
“Tune in on Saturday night, and you’ll see. He can feel however he wants to feel, but I’m in there to handle business, go home and enjoy my win. It’s been a little different [coming to Saudi Arabia]. [It’s different] with the time changes, but I’m a fighter. I’ll do anything. That’s the person I am. November 22, I’ll bring everything to the table,” Rodriguez added
