Jake Paul vs. Mike Tyson Ticket Prices Drop, Sparking Concerns

The ticket prices for Jake Paul Vs. Mike Tyson has plummeted with the fight almost here.
The two boxers will face off on November 15 for Netflix’s first boxing fight. The fight will take place at the 80,000 seater from the AT&T Stadium in Dallas, showing the potential huge demand to see that fight. Tyson will have his first professional boxing fight since 2005 when he lost to Kevin McBride. It is also the first time that boxing fans will see Tyson enter the ring since his 2020 exhibition draw against Roy Jones Jr.
The original fight was set to go ahead on July 20. But Tyson withdrew after an inflamed ulcer. Paul has stopped his last three opponents: Andre August, Ryan Bourland and Mike Perry. The Problem Child has indicated his desire to become a world champion in the future, with eyes on a potential Canelo Alvarez fight. That would require him to beat Tyson decisively since it would otherwise damage his brand.
Ticket Prices
Paul is significantly younger at 27 years old and will face a 58-year-old Tyson. While it is a mega event, the tickets are reportedly struggling to sell. Ringside tickets are around $50,000 a piece, while the lowest tickets are now $30. VIP packages are also available for two ringside “apron seats” priced at $2 million. Most of the tickets left are listed as $37 as there are attempts to make it sell out. Nevertheless, Paul is focused on the task at hand.
He has also set his sights on transitioning into MMA and the NFL after boxing. The Problem Child has signed a deal with the PFL as the attention will turn towards his debut. He has been linked with several fights. Paul beat Nate Diaz in their boxing bout last August. He then made a $10 million offer to run things back in MMA under the PFL banner. The fight never happened, but Diaz could be tempted if a similar offer is made again.
There is also the opportunity to fight Tyron Woodley. Paul has already boxed Woodley twice, having knocked him out in their last bout. That has set up the narrative for a rematch in MMA. Woodley has not had an MMA fight since 2021, meaning that he could be tempted now that he is no longer tied to the UFC.
Paul’s Future
Another option is to rematch Tommy Fury. Reports indicated that Paul made a $15 -$20 million offer for two fights. One would have been in boxing, and the other in MMA. Fury did not take up the offer. However, he recently indicated that he is open to it. He was seen training alongside UFC Interim Heavyweight Champion Tom Aspinall. And provided that Fury gets enough MMA experience under his belt, that fight could also happen. Either way, Paul has plenty of options moving forward.
“After becoming boxing world champion, I’m going to become MMA world champion, and then after that, I’m going to go to the NFL. You know, I think there’s a lot of mediocrity in the NFL, a lot of dropped passes. These guys don’t have ends, even though that’s what they get paid to do, and a lot of them are just boring. So I’m gonna bring in marketing and business and catch balls,” Paul stated
