Jake Paul vs. Mike Tyson Predictions – ‘I Don’t See This Ending Well’

Jake Paul vs. Mike Tyson takes place on November 15 as boxing insiders gave their predictions on the fight.
Paul is on a four-fight win streak following his first defeat. Since coming second best to Tommy Fury, Paul has racked up wins against Nate Diaz, Andre August, Ryan Bourland, and Mike Perry. He will bulk up to over 200 pounds for this fight, a departure from the usual cruiserweight division that has brought him much success. He is significantly younger than Tyson, at 27, knowing he cannot afford a loss against an ageing Tyson, who is 58.
Iron Mike will have his first professional fight since losing to Kevin McBride in 2005. He withdrew from the original date set for July 20. Tyson suffered from an inflamed ulcer, and there were worries about this fight ever happening. Since then, Tyson admitted that he felt he could have died. But he has put aside any worries, as he hopes to roll back the clock come fight night. This is what insiders had to say about this fight.
Jake Paul Vs. Mike Tyson
“There’s limits to what you can do. [Mike’s] body has been through it. You know, you can’t count him out. I just feel like Jake’s too locked in, too in it. Been in it too long, with like in the last five years, who’s been in it more? I think that matters. And what is he 30 years younger? I just don’t see this ending well for Uncle Mike Tyson. I think Jake’s got the speed factor, I mean, power, even at this point, Jake’s not a little guy. Jake’s a big, big fella,” Sean O’Malley
“Tyson is two dimensional. He’s going to come at you, trying to knock you out. Now, you have to try and stay away from him. Stay away from his power. I’ve seen him working out the other day. And you know, he throws some good combinations. So with those six punch combinations, Jake Paul has to make sure that he’s not in the way of those punches because Tyson’s a real fighter,” Lennox Lewis
Further Predictions
“Jake Paul you are a disgrace of a man. You are the epitome of weakness…The fact that you even have a platform or anything of that nature is a slight on society. You truly make me disgusted. And if I ever encounter you in real life, I hope that I just don’t lose my [temper] and go to prison,” Sean Strickland
“Shout out to Jake Paul. He’s a great guy. He’s very dedicated to the sport, so I think he knows what it takes to beat Mike Tyson. Well, Mike Tyson’s always Mike Tyson, like he said, people have a plan until they get punched in the face. So, when Mike Tyson does that, I don’t know,” David Benavidez
“It’s gonna be tough. If Jake Paul can survive three rounds with the extra weight he’s put on, he may have a chance, but is he gonna survive the first three rounds? I don’t know. That’s yet to be seen. That’s probably why I’m gonna watch the fight,” Roy Jones Jr.
