Jake Paul Offers Mike Tyson A $5 Million Bet – ‘You Have To Get A Tattoo’

Jake Paul has offered Mike Tyson a $5 million bet that he cannot survive past round four.
The duo will box on November 15 in their clash, which will air on Netflix. The platform will broadcast a boxing fight for the first time in the platform’s history. Paul enters into the fight full of confidence. Since losing his first fight against Tommy Fury, he has won his next four on the bounce. He defeated Nate Diaz last August to come back from the Fury loss. That was followed up by stoppage wins against Andre August, Ryan Bourland and Mike Perry in his last fight.
He was meant to box Tyson on July 20 but Mike pulled out after suffering from an inflamed ulcer as Perry stepped in. Now, the pair will run things back with question marks over whether the fight should proceed. Tyson will be 58 when he enters the ring, while Paul is a lot younger at 27. Mike has not boxed professionally since losing to Kevin McBride in 2005. His last foray into the boxing ring was against Roy Jones Jr. in 2020.
That was an exhibition which ended in a draw. Both fighters have made significant changes to their camps in order to prepare themselves. Paul will bulk over over 200 pounds from cruiserweight.
Meanwhile, Tyson has quit smoking weed, banned sex, and has gone on a raw meat diet. Tyson has reassured fans that he will be in top condition, but Paul has doubts that Mike will be able to get past around four. And has offered him a $5 million bet to prove that.
Paul’s Bet
“Mikey Mikey, if you can last more than four rounds with me, I’ll give you an extra $5 million. But if you don’t, then you have to get a tattoo that says, ‘I Love Jake Paul,” Paul said
Nevertheless, Paul is taking a significant risk. There is no guarantee that Tyson would go for the knockout. The 58-year-old might simply try to stay in there with Paul, with the attempt to go for a late finish. He is a former Undisputed Heavyweight Champion, having beaten Tony Tucker to win all the bells. Tyson also helped train Francis Ngannou for his fight with Tyson Fury. Nobody gave Ngannou a chance but the MMA fighter managed to drop Fury in the third round.
He also pushed the Gypsy King until the final bell. While he lost a split decision, many felt that he had done enough to win. Tyson will also fancy his chances, especially because he is known for having a good boxing IQ. There are still worries that Paul has not faced someone who can really box. And when he did face a professional boxer in the form of Tommy Fury, he came up short. But Paul’s bet has gotten many fans talking, with people having different opinions on the outcome of the bet.
