Jake Paul And Mike Perry Trade Insults During Final Presser – ‘You Got Beat By Love Island Boy’
Jake Paul and Mike Perry held their final pre-fight presser as things became heated.
The two will square off on July 20 in a crossover bout. Paul is expected to win as the more experienced boxer. He enters the contest with a 9-1 record, which includes six knockout wins. Since his loss to Tommy Fury, Paul has won three on the bounce. Victories against Nate Diaz, Andre August and Ryan Bourland silenced those doubters.
He was on course to box Mike Tyson on this card. However, Tyson could not make the fight due to an inflamed ulcer. The bout has now been rescheduled for November 15, making it vital that Paul gets past Perry. Paul also entertained an MMA fight with Perry, provided he beats him. Perry has the chance to shock the world. He is active in the BKFC, with a 5-0 record. He is hoping to transfer those skills to a boxing ring.
Perry has only had one boxing fight in 2015, when Kenneth McNeil knocked him out. Perry will be looking to become the first MMA fighter to beat Paul. Tyron Woodley, Nate Diaz, Anderson Silva and Ben Askren have previously tried but failed. As the presser took place, several verbal shots were fired. Paul also hit out at Conor McGregor, who had referred to him as a ‘dweeb.’
