Catterall Secures Stoppage Win Over Essuman

Jack Catterall stopped Ekow Essuman in the 11th round in their 147 clash on the Chris Eubank Jr. vs. Conor Benn co-main event, as you can see how the fight played out live.

Catterall defeated Harlem Eubank in his last fight, which was the perfect response after his loss to Arnold Barboza Jr. in February. The Harlem win, though, came after a stoppage in the seventh round due to cuts on both men caused by an accidental clash of heads, resulting in Catterall being awarded a technical unanimous decision. Meanwhile, Essuman was in great form, having beaten former undisputed junior welterweight champion Josh Taylor in May. Essuman hoped to add another big win, but came up short.
