Haney Signs Deal With PRIME; Ryan Garcia Says He Is 'Working For The Devil'

Devin Haney has signed a sponsorship deal with PRIME that will annoy his rival, Ryan Garcia.

Haney and Garcia will face on April 20 as The Dream defends his WBC Junior Welterweight Title. The build-up has been dominated by Garcia’s social media activity, with suggestions that his mental health is not in a good place.

He has posted on many topics, including UFOs and human trafficking. Garcia’s latest tirade was his criticism of the PRIME drink, a brand that has become highly popular by its founders, Logan Paul and KSI. But Garcia hit out at the drink, claiming it is unsafe for its consumers.

“Prime taste like s**t if you drink it then you’re working for the devil yourself everybody who drinks prime is working for Satan I don’t care what you say you’re helping them gain more money and in return probably hurting kids especially with the chemicals that are in there,” Garcia said

Garcia could find himself in legal trouble if his comments have the impact of damaging the PRIME brand. But it has not stopped Devin Haney from associating with it. In response to Garcia’s comments, PRIME released a snapshot showing Haney as the latest athlete to sponsor the drink. That understandably has Garcia riled up, especially since he has a relationship with Paul, particularly Jake Paul. However, the following comments suggest he may no longer associate with Logan.

Haney Signs With PRIME

“Does not surprise me. Who else would satan support other then Devil Haney. More confirmation. Yall support this I’m out. Kids are in danger from drinking this “allegedly,” Garcia stated

However, PRIME has shown that it will continue working with the biggest brands. The company has managed to secure deals with FC Barcelona (Soccer), Bayern Munich (Soccer), LA Lakers (Basketball), UFC (Mixed Martial Arts), and the WWE.

PRIME’s Future

They have also managed to forge relationships with individual athletes on a big scale: Patrick Mahomes (Football), Kyle Larson (NASCAR), Erling Haaland (Soccer), Auston Matthews (Hockey) and Israel Adesanya (MMA). Paul expects the brand to only get bigger, given his plans for the drink. He recently announced that PRIME would be the first-ever mat sponsor for the WWE, which will start at WrestleMania XL.

“One could almost say that the WWE is in its Prime. No, Dallas, you’re not dreaming. My company Prime Hydration has partnered with the WWE to be the first-ever center-ring sponsor of this great organization starting at WrestleMania and every PLE from now on,” Paul stated

If Garcia continues his comments about PRIME, he may face legal action. This is the last thing he needs, given his huge fight with Haney coming up next month, but his following comments show he is unconcerned.
