Biography

Professional Career

He made his professional debut on December 3, 2011, with a first-round knockout of Zdenek Siroky in Kirrlach, Germany. Despite an early setback in his second fight, where he was stopped by Roman Javoev, Feigenbutz rebounded with a series of knockout victories, establishing his reputation as a formidable puncher.

Throughout the early stages of his career, Feigenbutz amassed an impressive record, often finishing his opponents in the early rounds. His knockout streak included decisive wins over fighters like Bernd Hargesheimer and Istvan Szucs. By 2014, Feigenbutz had captured the GBU Intercontinental super-middleweight title with a second-round TKO of Chris Mafuta. This victory was part of a remarkable run that saw him retain the title multiple times and add the WBO Inter-Continental interim super-middleweight title to his collection.

Feigenbutz’s rise continued with notable victories in 2015, including a third-round TKO of Mauricio Reynoso, which earned him the WBA interim and GBU super-middleweight titles. He successfully defended these titles against Giovanni De Carolis later that year, only to lose to De Carolis in a rematch in January 2016. Despite this loss, Feigenbutz bounced back with a series of wins, including a TKO victory over Ryno Liebenberg in 2018, which demonstrated his ability to overcome setbacks and remain a top contender.

In 2019, Feigenbutz secured the GBU super-middleweight title with a fifth-round TKO of Przemyslaw Opalach. He continued to showcase his knockout power with victories over Cesar Nunez and Nuhu Lawal. However, his career faced a significant challenge on February 15, 2020, when he fought for the IBF super-middleweight title against Caleb Plant. Despite a valiant effort, Feigenbutz was stopped in the 10th round, marking his third professional loss. Undeterred, Feigenbutz returned to the ring and continued his winning ways. He won the vacant IBF Inter-Continental middleweight title in August 2020 with a unanimous decision over Jama Saidi. His recent fights have seen him maintain his knockout form, with victories over Kenan Catic, Diego Ramirez, and Marcos Jesus Cornejo. His fourth-round knockout of Cornejo in June 2023 at the Eisstadion in Heilbronn, Germany, highlighted his continued prowess and determination in the ring.
