His early career was characterized by a series of victories that were mostly achieved through technical knockouts, demonstrating his dominant fighting style. Yeritsyan’s string of victories includes notable wins against tougher opponents such as Ali Funeka in July 2018, where he secured a unanimous decision after eight rounds, illustrating his ability to go the distance against experienced fighters. His win streak continued with a significant victory against Jose Luis Prieto in September 2018, where Prieto retired after the fifth round, and Yeritsyan claimed a victory that further established his rising status in the welterweight category.

One of Yeritsyan’s pivotal career moments came in December 2019, when he faced Patrick Lopez and secured a win by technical knockout in the first round. This fight, held at The Corner Boxing Gym in Moscow, was emblematic of Yeritsyan’s capacity to end fights quickly, bolstering his reputation as a knockout artist.
