Early Life and Amateur Career

 

Dina Thorslund was born on October 14, 1993, in Copenhagen, Denmark. Growing up in a sports-oriented family, Thorslund was encouraged to pursue athletics from a young age. She initially tried her hand at various sports, but it was boxing that captured her passion and dedication. At the age of 13, she began training at a local boxing club in her hometown, quickly demonstrating a natural talent for the sport.

 

Thorslund’s amateur career was marked by significant achievements that showcased her potential as a future champion. She competed in numerous national and international tournaments, gaining valuable experience and honing her skills. One of her early milestones came in 2011 when she won the Danish National Championship.
