Fans React To Jake Paul’s Sparring – ‘Greatest Fraud Of All Time’

Fans have reacted to Jake Paul’s training footage ahead of his fight with Mike Tyson on November 15.
Paul will box Tyson on Netflix, and it will be the first time the platform broadcasts a boxing bout. Netflix has around 275 million subscribers worldwide, making it one of the biggest fights ever. Paul entered the fight with a victory against Mike Perry in his last bout when he stopped him in the sixth round. That was Paul’s fourth consecutive victory after having suffered his first loss against Tommy Fury.
Paul is the heavy favorite in the fight, as the 27-year-old has been much more active. Tyson has not boxed professionally since losing to Kevin McBride in 2005. While he did have a 2020 exhibition with Roy Jones Jr., the fight against Paul is a pro one. Both fighters have made significant changes in their camp for this fight. Paul is moving up from cruiserweight, with reports that he bulked up to around 240 pounds before dropping some weight to get to an optimal level.
Tyson has allegedly been on a raw meat diet and banned sex and weed as the 58-year-old wants to give himself the best chance of winning. Tyson pulled out of the original July 20 date after suffering from an inflamed ulcer. Paul knows that a victory sets up potential big fights, as he has earmarked a fight with Canelo Alvarez. The Problem Child also aspires to become a world champion, so he must overcome Tyson. Paul is also expected to make his PFL debut at some point next year, meaning that a win over Tyson will only increase his crossover appeal.
Paul’s Sparring
The footage above shows Paul sparring as he dominates his opponent. He continues to land and push his sparring partner back. It appears that Paul is getting accustomed to the weight, which will be vital as he could slow down as the fight progresses. Nevertheless, there are still some concerns for Paul. He has never boxed that heavyweight before. He usually has the weight advantage over most of his opponents. His fight against Nate Diaz and Mike Perry showed that.
Both those fighters had to come up to cruiserweight, something which they are not used to doing. Paul was able to overpower the two. While he did not stop Diaz, he never looked like he was in trouble. As for Perry, it was clear from the first round that Paul’s punch power was much stronger as he buckled the BKFC fighter on numerous occasions.
But when it comes to Tyson, he is a natural heavyweight. Mike is a former undisputed heavyweight champion when he beat Tony Tucker to win all the belts. Although he is much older, Tyson still has muscle memory, as he knows his way around a ring. That has set up the narrative for an intriguing fight, with many fans commenting on Paul sparring.
