Media Workout Featuring Joshua, Wilder, Bivol And More

Anthony Joshua and Otto Wallin headline ‘The Day of Reckoning’ card this Saturday as the media workouts took place.
Joshua has plans on becoming a three-weight world champion. Standing in his way is Wallin. The southpaw has only lost to Tyson Fury in a fight where he went the distance. Should Joshua come out victorious, he is on course to face Deontay Wilder with reports of a March 9, 2024 date being agreed.
In chief support, Wilder squares of against Joseph Parker. The Bronze Bomber arrives into the fight with a knockout win over Robert Helenius. The odds of Wilder getting another stoppage are high, but Parker does spar with Fury, making it an intriguing fight.

“I’m looking forward to delivering my message to Otto Wallin on December 23. I can’t predict the future but I know what I want to do. I believe I’m going to be three-time heavyweight champion and the first step is to put a demolition job on Otto Wallin. It’s going to be a really good time to go to Saudi. It’s going to be big, we haven’t seen a card like this before,” Joshua said
“I think he’s lost his confidence and momentum. You can see the decline. Usyk was ultimately just a better fighter, but Joshua looks unsure of himself. In the beginning, when I fought him, he was a seek and destroy kind of guy, but now he’s afraid of getting hit and of losing. He’s aware of his vulnerabilities and it’s holding him back. The timing is right for me now,” Wallin stated
