Conor McGregor’s Physical Appearance Causes Alarm – ‘The Booze, The Cocaine’

Conor McGregor’s physical appearance has caused alarm amid accusations of heavy drinking and cocaine usage.
McGregor’s UFC career is uncertain, as he has not had a bout since his 2021 defeat against Dustin Poirier at UFC 264. The Irishman suffered a broken leg, which has kept him out for an extensive amount of time. He was scheduled to fight Michael Chandler last year at UFC 303 on June 29 in what McGregor described as the greatest comeback in sports history. However, The Notorious had to pull out of the fight after suffering from a broken toe.
McGregor still has two fights left on his UFC contract, but his personal life has disrupted his comeback plans. McGregor was found liable in a civil sexual lawsuit after Nikita Hand won her case. McGregor had to pay her legal fees and damages. McGregor has said that he would appeal the decision, but his reputation suffered damage in the process.
McGregor has also consistently been seen drinking his Forge Irish Stout brand, while the civil lawsuit also saw McGregor reportedly admit using cocaine previously. That lifestyle goes against the strict discipline needed to make it to the top of the UFC, something which McGregor had previously shown when he was a two-weight world champion.
McGregor has secured his financial future from the sport, while he has also recently admitted that his ambitions may lie outside the fight game. He declared his intention to run for the Irish Presidency, something he declared after visiting the White House to meet United States President Donald Trump.
Sonnen Reacts
While McGregor has still teased a comeback, as he shares regular clips of himself training, the chances of him making a comeback now are extraordinarily slim. Chael Sonnen believes that McGregor has ultimately let himself go, as he commented on a side-by-side photo of Conor with Dana White, showing that his lifestyle had caught up with him.

“They did a side-by-side, it was Conor and Dana. I swear to goodness, Conor looked 10 years older than Dana White, and you could see it in the eyes. You could see the booze in the eyelids and the cocaine in the eyeballs, saying ‘I wanna fight.’ And then you’ve got a promoter who’s the only one with the legal right on the face of the earth to make it so that you can fight, and that promoter is standing there saying, ‘We’re not even close, I’m not even taking his calls right now,” Sonnen said
