Arrest Warrant Issued For Tank Davis
An arrest warrant has been issued for Gervonta Davis following allegations of domestic violence.
The warrant, issued by the Miami Gardens Police Department, includes charges of battery, false imprisonment, and attempted kidnapping. The charges stem from an alleged incident on October 27, 2025, at a gentlemen’s club where Davis’ ex-girlfriend, Courtney Rossel, was employed.
Surveillance footage reportedly supports Rossel’s account that Davis grabbed her by the hair and throat, forcibly dragging her through the venue and into a parking garage. Rossel has since filed a civil lawsuit seeking over $50,000 in damages.
The fallout has already derailed Davis’ career. His scheduled November 14, 2025, bout with Jake Paul—which was set to stream on Netflix—was scrapped once the allegations surfaced. The Miami Gardens PD is now actively working with the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force to locate and apprehend the 31-year-old champion.
This latest development adds to a lengthy history of legal troubles for Davis, who served jail time in 2023 for a hit-and-run incident. With an active warrant now in place, the WBA lightweight champion’s boxing future remains in serious jeopardy.
